Multiple email boxes are available for businesses requiring different users or departments  to have individual email boxes, and each one can have it's own email address such as sales@, accounts@, john@, fred@... and so on. 

ANTIVIRUS SCANNING
All messages can be scanned for viruses as they are received by our mail server. New virus definitions are checked for and updated automatically by us ensuring that no virus bearing email can make it into your mailboxes.

Our antivirus scanning option is set per domain, not per mail box, so every email account under a single domain is protected. You do not need to order antivirus scanning for every email address, just to domain(s) you wish to protect.

SPAM FILTERING
You'll probably be familiar with menaces of unsolicited email, commonly referred to as spam. You'll understand the annoyance caused by the avalanche of junk email which somehow finds its way uninvited into your inbox, destroying the efficiency of your email system, consuming expensive bandwidth and wasting your valuable time.

Our SPAM Filter is a unique service. It filters unwanted and harmful email messages out of your inbox before your even click 'send and reveice' saving your time and money.

We can set your filter to do one of the following:

Once you have our Spam Filter in place, you can also add email addresses to your own 'block list' even if they are not considered by our system as spam, but are simply annoyances to your or your business.

Alternatively, you can also add senders whoes email address is considered to be spam by our system, but are trusted by you, to your own 'allowed list'.

A Gartner survey in 2002 revealed that most office based staff and self employed workers were already spending a minimum of 49 minutes per day (10% of their time) managing their email. Furthermore, businesses with IT departments were increasingly occupied supporting users with spam related issues and dealing with the fallout from virus infections.

Each service (Antivirus and Spam Filter) costs just £45 per domain per year. However you can take both services for just £75 per domain per year, saving £15 a year.

Remember that's per domain, not per email address! Every email address under a single domain will be covered i.e. sales@mydomain.com, fred@mydomain.com, techincal@mydomain.com, accounts@mydomain.com... and so on.
